SelectKart provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 90 days after purchasing the SelectKart product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with SelectKart .

In order to obtain a refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the SelectKart program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing SelectKart Repair. From there you can choose to:

• Remove SelectKart application

• Revert changes

• Revert and remove SelectKart

All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from SelectKart via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.

During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with SelectKart and comply with SelectKart 's requests regarding the removal of the SelectKart product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the SelectKart product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other SelectKart supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.
The 90 day refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, and the License Key expires one year from Date of Purchase.

In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, SelectKart will address the issue on a case by case basis.

If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, SelectKart will address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a refund after the 90 day refund period.
